The problem

Assessments were produced by hand. Every request arrived as an email with documents attached, every report was assembled from a template, and nothing was consistent between one assessor and the next. The work was slow, hard to audit, and impossible to hand to a new colleague without a week of shadowing.

How we built it

We modelled the assessment itself before building anything: what a request contains, which documents it needs, and what turns raw answers into a score. That model became the platform. Requests and their documents come in through a secure upload, the assessment runs against a fixed structure instead of an assessor memory, and the report generates as a PDF at the end rather than being written by hand. The public site sits in front as a separate bilingual layer, so marketing content can change without anyone touching the secured platform behind it.

Where it landed

Live, and since extended to serve more than one organisation on a single codebase, each with its own branding and its own separated data. It now runs under a standing maintenance arrangement covering hosting, security updates and fault response.
